12 Small Things features fashionable, fairly traded gifts handmade by artisans around the world. We like to support rural craft organizations, working with contemporary designers, to bring their beautiful, hand crafted products for our customers to enjoy and purchase here in San Francisco. Our support of these artisans brings much needed income to their families and communities and helps preserve traditional craft skills.
History
Established in 2016.
Formerly a thrift store for the Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center, 12 Small Things moved their website office from their home on Andover Street, to 513 Cortland in October 2016, and opened a retail store, showcasing fashionable, fairly trade gifts from artisans around the world.
