Privacy Policy

The following is our privacy policy; you can read it if you want, but the abridged version is as follows:

If you use our site, we will collect data from your computer that helps us with standard/common website things like analytics and figuring out what size your screen is so we can deliver the right image sizes to your browser. If you subscribe to our blog we will send you our blog posts and any other updates/news about the site that we send out to those on our email list. If you sign up for a listing on, all of the information you provide on your listing will be made publicly available to users of the site.

We do our best to manage security, but there are some things that are out of our hands. The contact forms on our site for example, like most other sites, function just like sending an email. Emails may be intercepted once they leave our site; email accounts can be hacked/stolen, etc. If you ever want to be removed from our email list, let us know and we’ll take you off. If you have a listing on iLayos and you stop paying for it, we’ll deactivate it and keep it here for you (up to a year) in case you ever decide to come back. If you want us to delete your listing completely, let us know and we’ll do it. We do not collect any information for sale to third parties. We only collect the information we need to perform regular site functions and maintenance (such as analytics), and to deliver our service to users.
