The following is our privacy policy; you can read it if you want, but the abridged version is as follows:
If you use our site, we will collect data from your computer that helps us with standard/common website things like analytics and figuring out what size your screen is so we can deliver the right image sizes to your browser. If you subscribe to our blog we will send you our blog posts and any other updates/news about the site that we send out to those on our email list. If you sign up for a listing on Problemoh.com, all of the information you provide on your listing will be made publicly available to users of the site.
We do our best to manage security, but there are some things that are out of our hands. The contact forms on our site for example, like most other sites, function just like sending an email. Emails may be intercepted once they leave our site; email accounts can be hacked/stolen, etc. If you ever want to be removed from our email list, let us know and we’ll take you off. If you have a listing on iLayos and you stop paying for it, we’ll deactivate it and keep it here for you (up to a year) in case you ever decide to come back. If you want us to delete your listing completely, let us know and we’ll do it. We do not collect any information for sale to third parties. We only collect the information we need to perform regular site functions and maintenance (such as analytics), and to deliver our service to users.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https:// Problemoh.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND TRAFFIC DATA WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We refer to this information as “Order Information.”. Problemoh.com does not collect or store credit card, debit card, checking account, or other payment account numbers. In addition to the above information, we also collect personally identifying information when you submit a listing(s) to be included on iLayos.com. All of the information that you include in your profile and/or your listing will be collected and stored in the website database. The information you include in your listing(s) will be publicly available to users of the site who view your profile.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information, and personally-identifying information such as that which you submit to be included in your listing(s).
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We use the personally-identifying information you provide during your registration to contact you regarding issues with the site, problems with your listing(s), copyright claims, iLayos promotional offers, and to respond to inquiries and/or comments you submit to us.
The information you submit when creating a listing on iLayos.com is used to communicate the details of your services to potential clients. All information that you submit on the listing submission page will be public and available to all users of iLayos.com. This information will be presented on your listing page and may be used for other purposes such as to identify you if you write or share a blog post on the site or for us to contact you if the information you provided in registration is incomplete or inaccurate.
If there is information included in the listing submission page that you would not like to be available to the public you may feel free to exclude it. Some information is required (such as your name and contact information) so that potential clients may be able to identify and contact you. If you wish to exclude information from your public listing, but experience difficulty submitting your listing due to requirements set by our system, you may contact us at info@Problemoh.com to discuss this.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Google Analytics and Jetpack to help us understand how our customers use the Site.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use much of the site; however, you will not be able to access and use those portions of the site that require your personal information.
DO NOT TRACK
Did you know there is a setting on many web browsers that lets you tell websites that you don’t want to be tracked? We didn’t either! This didn’t really become a thing until 2010, but there are not yet any laws that require websites to do anything about people using Do Not Track settings. However, US law requires that websites indicate how they handle Do Not Track signals. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. Honestly, doing anything about Do Not Track signals is currently beyond our technical abilities, but we will keep abreast of legislation surrounding this and other privacy-related issues and will adjust our practices accordingly.

The primary purpose of Problemoh is to connect people to people of diverse languages. As such, the exchange of information between listing owners and prospective clients is an integral part of the site’s function. iLayos.com includes the ability for users to contact listing owners via a contact form that is placed on each listing. This contact form acts as a form of email communication between the user and the listing owners. These messages are sent directly to the listing owner(s) and the content of these messages is not collected or stored by Problemoh.
-Payment Information
We use third-party platforms to process payments made to us. This means that we do not collect or store any of your credit card, debit, or checking account numbers, or any other payment account information. The payment-related information we do collect is limited to your name, address, and other information needed to identify you. All other information regarding payment methods is handled by third parties and Problemoh does not have access to any of this information.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We also retain data related to your listing and the information contained in it.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If we make changes to this privacy policy we will email all registered users with details and place a notification on our front page for one month following the changes.
