Transparency. The financial services industry has formed a poor reputation for having hidden or confusing fee structures. Additionally, the methodology in measuring performance of advisors is murky at best. At Compass Capital Management Group, we make our fee structure simple for clients to understand, providing proper alerts at each stage of the potential billing cycle. We also make a point to provide clearly defined performance benchmarks for measuring our success.
