Heirloom Engravers started as the outsource engraver for Tiffany & Co. corporate sales in San Francisco in 1984. Heirloom engraved projects for world cup soccer, MLB, thousands of businesses and government purchases where we learned that quality control and deadline are ALL important. At the time we were the ONLY engraver who could make a custom logo in house in a day. The business has greatly changed and most other engravers use only computer engraving systems or laser engraving systems. Heirloom does have several computer engraving systems but we still use 11 (yes, eleven) different pantograph engraving machines because when you want really deep engraving and that special look a computer just does not cut it. Today Heirloom Engravers is located inside the Shreve & Company store at 150 Post Street in San Francisco, not as an employee of Shreve, but a vendor. Heirloom Engravers engraves for practically every retail store who provides such services around Union Square.
