I am a lifestyle photographer, specializing in editorial styled adventure photography. My photographs consist of raw earthy tones and true dramatic imagery. I am fortunate to be able to spend a good amount of time on personal projects, traveling and collaborating with a team of rad people. I make my bed in Edmonton, Alberta but can be found anywhere between the Sonoran desert and white sand beaches of Grand Cayman. I am a sucker for assignments where I have the opportunity to travel, however I’m always up to the task when creating outstanding visuals!
History
Established in 2013.
Over the past 4 years I’ve transitioned my career into becoming a full time photographer. I’ve explored a number of different paths; from owning and creating global lifestyle brands to directing a design agency that primarily develops brands and products for private labels. Although I thoroughly enjoy commercial photography, directing photoshoots and shooting videos; after welcoming our first child into the world in 2012, I fell in love with photographing real and raw emotion. I’m not a huge fan of stiff awkward, staged poses that you’d see in your typical engagement or wedding shoot. I’m all about capturing your genuine, quirky, sarcastic, fun and unique personality. My goal is to capture the real moments for you. Like I’m talking the butterflies in your stomach kinda love, the safeness you feel when you’re held tight in your partners arms, the look your lover gives you that reminds you of your first date.
