Ron Gold started LeanOnWe after a bicycling accident left him with a crushed spine. As a paraplegic, he learned firsthand what it’s like to need home care, but his endless problems finding reliable, affordable help, made him realize there had to be another way. Ron thoughtfully designed LeanOnWe to deliver a superior home care experience. Using innovative pricing to slash costs, cut out the middleman, and allow customers to pre-screen highly vetted candidates online, LeanOnWe gives families control over who comes into their home.
