Minto Group Inc. (Minto) COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: This community is all about positive engagement within your Minto community. We are creating a space where you can get to know your neighbours… where we share information about upcoming events, incentives for referrals and from local businesses, photos and contests. We want to get to know you, our residents, and have you know us. It is, of course, a forum to voice your experience; we welcome positive feedback about your experience and negative feedback, as well. We will consider your suggestions and look for ways to improve, but note that Minto and its affiliated companies may use your suggestions without any obligation of compensation for them. If commentary exceeds constructive criticism and is in the category of excessive complaints or offensive criticism, it will not be permitted. Minto reserves the right to remove comments that are unlawful, or may be inappropriate in nature, including offensive or coarse language, unrelated posts and excessive complaints. And, of course, comments must be in line with Facebook’s rules and guidelines. User content posted on our Facebook page is posted by members of the public or third-parties and does not reflect the views of, nor is approved by, Minto or its affiliated companies. By submitting content to this fan page, you hereby grant Minto and its successors a non‐exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display and otherwise use the content and media.If anyone brings a claim against Minto or any of its affiliated companies related to your actions, content or information on our Facebook page, you will indemnify and hold harmless Minto and its affiliated companies from and against all damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to the claim.If you would like your photo or specific content removed, or if you have a suggestion/comment/complaint specific to the administration of any Minto Facebook or online community, please contact us via direct message on Facebook or by email rentalsmarketing@minto.com.We are available on Facebook mostly between 9am -5pm Monday-Friday.
